Un feedback di cuore!

Comprendere e descrivere i sentimenti nel tuo cuore è importante per il feedback. I nostri sentimenti possono indicarci i momenti in cui ci siamo sentiti orgogliosi, positivi, riconoscenti, ma anche arrabbiati, delusi, amareggiati. Tutto è utile ad imaprare.

Fasi

  • Il facilitatore chiede ai partecipanti di riflettere relativamente alle emozioni suscitate durante una situazione/esperienza.
  • I partecipanti devono quindi colorare un disegno a forma di cuore con colori specifici che identifichino le emozioni individuate e creare la legenda delle emozioni.
  • Il facilitatore chiede quindi ai partecipanti di condividere i lavori svolti per raccogliere e sviluppare quanto emerso.

Suggerimenti

  • Il facilitatore può limitare il numero di “emozioni” descritte o selezionarne alcune specifiche.
