feedback.<\/li><li>O facilitador apresenta a atividade, o objetivo \u00e9 pesar o conhecimento\/entendimento e a ignor\u00e2ncia\/desentendimento.<\/li><li>Cada participante desenha a sua balan\u00e7a, com t\u00f3picos bem compreendidos de um lado, e problemas que teve com a resolu\u00e7\u00e3o das tarefas do outro.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div um papel ativo introduzindo o objectivo e as regras.<\/li><li>Esta actividade pode ser utilizada para verificar a compreens\u00e3o e auto-avalia\u00e7\u00e3o no processo de aprendizagem, ou no final dos projetos e tarefas, que j\u00e1 foram realizados pelos participantes.<\/li><li>No final da atividade, o facilitador deve dar oportunidade a qualquer participante que queira partilhar o que aprendeu ap\u00f3s esta experi\u00eancia.<\/li><li>A atividade pode ser realizada semanal ou mensalmente, dependendo dos seus objetivos e necessidades
